Privacy
Your data. Plainly.
What Dynamic313 collects through this website, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Last updated 29 September 2026.
Who is responsible for your data?
Dynamic313 is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For anything in this notice, email hello@dynamic313.com.
What do we collect, and why?
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), project type and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run that project. The form is delivered to us by a third-party form-processing service.
- Email. If you email us directly, we keep the conversation for the same purposes.
- Booking a call. The “Book a call” link opens an external scheduling service. What you enter there is handled under that service's own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details.
- Cookieless visit counts. For every visitor we count visits with Umami, which sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not identify you or follow you across other sites. We see aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites and country.
- Google Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand in more detail how visitors use the site. Google processes this data for us and may transfer it to the United States. If you reject or ignore the banner, none of it loads. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
Which cookies do we use?
- cc_cookie (strictly necessary, 6 months): remembers your cookie choice. Always set once you choose.
- _ga, _ga_* (analytics, up to 2 years): set by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
No advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies.
Who else processes it?
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Form submissions pass through our form-processing provider, our email provider stores our correspondence, and, if you consent, Google processes analytics data. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long do we keep it?
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted when they no longer need a reply. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the engagement and our legal record-keeping obligations require.
What are your rights?
Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Email hello@dynamic313.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
